.NET Technical Lead
* Over 6 years of professional software development experience
* Over 6 years of professional software development experience
* Expert in Visual Studio, ASP.NET, C#, Webservices/WCF, XML, and SQL Server
* Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with knowledge of W3C web standards.
* Public website experience, preferably a high traffic site
* Knowledge of design patterns, data modeling, and object modeling.
* Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting, and debugging
* Experience in design reviews, code reviews, mentorship, and customer interaction.
* Good English communication skills and a team player.

.NET Technical Lead岗位要求：
·6年以上专业软件开发经历
·精通Visual Studio, ASP.NET, C#, Web services/WCF, XML, 和SQL Server
·拥有较强的HTML, CSS和JavaScript技术，具备W3C网络标准的知识
·有运营公共网站经验，运营过高流量网站的将被优先考虑
·具备设计样式，数据建模和对象建模的知识
·较强的分析能力，故障处理和程序调试能力
·拥有设计审查，代码审查，指导和客户互动的经验
·良好的英语沟通技巧和团队合作能力
·抗压能力强，并勇于接受挑战
