Job Title:
Telesales Supervisor (电话销售主管)
Division:
Englishtown TS Shanghai
The Role( JD):
1, Motivate, lead and support the team, foster accountability and responsibility, ensure maximize team performance
2, Coach team member, ensure appropriate daily operation in line with monthly target
3, Coordinate with trainer, establish and execute hiring and training plans to develop and enhance skills of team member
4, Establish and execute best practice to maintain KPI
5, Ensure that all processes are documented, regularly reviewed and updated to reflect
Requirements:
1, 3 years relevant industry experience; including at least 1 year Team Leader experience.
2, Fluent in English
3, Excellent leadership skills and able to motivate staffs to deliver superior skills
4, Excellent problem and complaint resolution skills and can take challenges.
5, Excellent skills in organizing and conducting training.
6, Independent, hard working, creative, customer focus, self-motivated and persistent.
