职位描述：
岗位职责：

1. 负责维护既有与全新改版之 CRM 与 Dashboard；
2.快速理解商业与服务需求，解析一线人员服务行为与提出以客服为中心的高互动原型设计；
3.需产出资讯构架、Wireframe、Mockup，透过易用性测试来与内部沟通进行设计优化；
4.建置与维护 CRM & Dashboard Design pattern；
5.需与高敏捷研发团队合作。

任职要求：

1.拥有3年以上的使用者设计经验或互动界面设计设计经验，有CRM或Backend设计经验尤佳；
2.熟悉原型制作工具，如Axure等高互动原型设计工具；
3.擅于使用各种UX方法以达到项目目标；
4.擅于使用量化数据进行客观分析；
5.擅于跨部门沟通与拥有团队协同合作经验；
6.具好奇心、同理心、自我学习能力；
7.具美感及鉴赏力；
8.面试时请携带作品集。




Job Responsibities:
1 responsible for the maintenance of both the CRM and the new revision of the and Dashboard;
2 quick understanding of business and service needs, analyzing the frontline staff's service behavior and output the high interactive prototype design;
3 output information architecture, Wireframe, Mockup, through the use of usability testing to communicate with the internal design optimization;
4 Establishment and maintenance the design pattern of CRM & Dashboard;
5 need to work with R&D Team.

Job Requirements:
1. have design experience or interactive interface design for more than 3 years experience, CRM or Backend design experience is a plus;
2. familiar with prototyping tools, such as Axure and other high interactive prototyping tools;
3. good at using various UX methods to achieve the project goals;
4. at the objective analysis of the use of quantitative data;
5. good inter departmental communication and team collaboration experience;
6. curiosity, empathy, self learning ability;
