岗位职责: 协助经理完成大型项目（企业集团或上市公司）的管理咨询项目，独立负责管理一个团队
◆学历: 本科及以上
◆专业：财会、咨询、审计、计算机相关专业
◆经验要求：至少具备两年或者以上的咨询或审计经验，拥有下列经验之一即可：企业内部控制、全面风险管理、全面预算、成本核算、信息化战略规划或信息系统审计等项目经验
◆具有较强的调查、分析、判断能力，沟通协调能力和项目组织管理能力
◆具有CPA、CISA、CIA等资格优先考虑
◆责任心强，具备团队协作精神
Job description:
To assist consulting manager to accomplish management consulting project for a group company or listed company; to lead a working team independently
Requirements:
◆ University degree or above with majors in Financial Accounting, Consulting, Auditing , Computer Science or related disciplines
◆ Minimum 2 years experience in consulting or auditing, plus one of the following areas: corporate internal control, risk management, budgeting, cost accounting, information strategic planning or IT auditing
◆ Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills and project management skills
◆ Professional qualifications such as CPA, CISA, CIA is preferred
◆ Responsible and having team-work spirit

According to the latest information published by Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants “Year 2011 comprehensive assessment of top one hundred accounting firms”, Baker Tilly is ranked 12th among international accounting firms and continuous ranked 8th among local accounting firms in China.
Our strategic development goals are to become more standardize, group-building and internationalization, through our continuous practice and exploration, we gradually established an integrated and highly centralized management structure from which we set up departments according to functions and specialties, and branches according to geographical layout. Until July 2011, including Beijing headquarters, we have offices spread over the mainland China, including Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hunan, Anhui, Chengdu, Yunnan, Xi’an, Shenyang, Xinjiang, Chongqing, Shandong, Wuhan, Jiangsu, Guangzhou and Zhuzhou.
