职位描述：

工作内容/ACTIVITIES:

- 主导喷涂新项目前期的开发工作，包括喷涂产品的测试、外观签样、准备并更新喷涂失效模式分析等。

Lead in launchs of new painting programs,including APOPS, AAR ，Prepare & update painting FMEA etc.

- 建立和优化喷涂工艺标准，包括ABB机器人编程、GRACO混漆系统参数设定、烘烤条件、油漆配比等其它工艺设定。

- Establish and optimize the painting process standards including ABB Robot programming, GRACO 2K mix system parameter setting, roasting conditions ，paint mixing and other process setting.

- 设计与制作喷漆治具。

Design ane make painting fixture.

- 开发自动喷漆程序和评价原材料（油漆）以及认证喷漆治具。

Develop auto-painting software and evaluate raw material (paint), as well as validating painting fixtures.

- 开展对于量产项目的安全、工艺、质量和成本持续改善的活动。

Perform continuous improvement activities of safety, process cost and quality for mass-production projects.

- 建立喷涂TPM的标准。

Establish the standards of Painting Total Production Maintenance.

- 支持喷涂技术员的技能培训。

Support the training of Painting technician skills.

- 与工程子承包商合作并加以协调。

Works and coordinate with engineering subcontractors.

- 履行其他指定任务和职责。

Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

应具备的技术知识和能力/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

- 熟练运用喷涂工艺。

Good command of Painting process

- 能熟练使用GRACO、2K混漆系统。

Be able to operate proficiently GRACO, 2K mixed paint system.

- 熟悉各种油漆的性能，包含1K、2K、油性及水性油漆。

Be familiar with all kinds of the paint performance,including 1K, 2K, Solvent & Waterborne Paints.

- 熟悉ABB机器人。
Be familiar with ABB Robot.

- 熟悉喷涂的基本知识和原理。

Be familiar with the basic knowledge and principle of paint.

- 熟悉喷涂线设备使用和维护。

Be familiar with painting line equipment use and maintenance.

- 在汽车行业中有过成功的项目。

Proven programs worked on for automotive customers.

- 有镭雕工作经验者优先。

Experience with Laser etching ( for painted parts) is preferred.

- 有较好的英语听说读写能力者优先。

Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking is preferred.

- 机械测试得分70%以上。

Pass Mechanical Reasoning Test in 70% correctness.

- 汪得力员工测试得分20分以上。

Pass Wonderlic score of 20 or greater.

工作经验/EXPERIENCE:

- 5-10年塑胶件产品喷涂工作经验。

5-10 years plastic parts painting experience.
