职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
● Mechanical design of Li-Ion battery pack according to automotive requirements
● Specification of battery components for series production
● Qualification of battery components
Tasks:
● Design of mechanical components using CAD tool UG & NX
● Create design specification documents and component test specifications
● Specify FEA simulations and analyze results to improve components design
● Ensure the fulfillment of component specifications via assessment of components qualification tests results
● Define Li-Ion battery pack manufacturing specification in cooperation with process engineers
● Participate actively to technical discussions with components suppliers
● Prepare the tolerance calculation of mechanical assemblies
● Support BOM creation
● Initiate necessary engineering changes and support implementation
● Support DFMEA and PFMEA
Support / Cooperation:
● Very regular alignment with development headquarters
● Support purchasing department for technical discussions with suppliers to ensure requirements fulfillment and components quality
● Support project management for the mechanical integration of Li-Ion batteries in vehicle

Job Requirements
● Master degree mechanical engineering specialization in mechanical design and mechanical construction
● Min. 3 years work experience in the design of mechanical parts (CAD) for the automotive industry. Experience with Unigraphics and TeamCenter (UG & NX) preferred
● Experienced with FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) and DRBM (Design Review Based on Failure Mode) processes
● Good communication skills and ability to interact with international engineering teams
● High level of self-organization and work planning
