职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
？ Provide routine service to specific customer, conduct product application on site.
？ Communicate with customer, feedback customer's needs properly.
？ Tracking, investigating product performance and coordinating product manage to improve product's formula.
？ Trouble shooting and cooperation with Senior Process Engineer to provide valuable suggestions to customer to improve process.
？ Common commercial sense of competition, cooperating with Account manager to maintain personal and professional relationship with different level of customer.
？ Communicating with operation team and finance dept. to control product stock and to make rolling forecast.
？ Provide professional internal and external service report.
？ Working independently under certain pressure.
？ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
？ Positive attitude, self-driven and self-discipline.
？ Team work.
