职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Set up strong China online suppliers’ network enable to streamline potential vendors with competitive product values and fast pace process.
2. Facilitate buying process under direction of HQ as well as maintain consistent business relationship with online suppliers.
3. Able to propose on trend seasonal merchandise/products/samples in all product categories according to HQ sourcing direction including but not limited to: Apparel, Shoes, Bags, Accessories and Home.
4. Manage vendor’s documentation in compliance to legal requirements as well as on site factories evaluation.
5. Handle new vendor’s orientation including vendors training of buying process and production T & A.
Daily on task production follow up with vendors and HQ to support timely production flow.

Requirements:

1. 10 years plus managerial sourcing experience related to China Online Suppliers field specialized in Apparel/Fashion category.
2. Full experience and familiar with Top China Online Shopping business both front and backend.
3. Worked with and familiar with Global Fast Fashion retail brands.
4. Worked as managerial buying/merchandising positions at Global Retail Buying/Rep office preferred.
5. Knowledgeable of costing, market trends, product safety requirements, textile material, garment production, QA and compliance
6. Experience in production quality check and Risk Management
7. Experience in Global Logistics.

2. Positive, performance and result oriented initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.
3. Good coordination and cooperation with internal and external parties for project or problem solving.
4. Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to fit new and unusual situations to achieve business goals.
5. Able to work hard under pressure with enormous energy.
6. Visionary with ownership mind.
