职位描述

Customer value management and pricing: understanding of market dynamics and value chain proposition to target benefits and pricing of the product offerings.
? Ability to energize and cooperate with Account Teams for the successful implementation of strategic and tactical plans.
? Utilizes process tools to strengthen partnerships with emphasis on growth strategies.
? Ability to facilitate and organize resources for highly complex sales opportunities.
? Strong Coaching and Influencing Skills. Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and influence without formal authority.
? Possess strong technical skills for the application of up to date technology in highly complex sales opportunities, i.e., specification writing & review, estimate review & preparation, proposal development.
? Integrate competitive analysis: to clearly understand and develop sales strategies to inoculate sales efforts from present and future competitive threats and opportunities.
? Demonstrated capability for identifying and presenting value to customers.
? Excellent team work, communication and presentation skills.
? Strong bias for action.
? Four year Business or Technical degree.
? Two (2) years of technical sales experience and/or
? Five (5) years of commercial sales experience
? Adept at articulating value propositions and delivering high level presentations.
? Strong, recurrent performance.
? Strong industry experience. Must understand customers & markets.
? Knowledge of Legacy systems and EBI suite of applications
Position Purpose:
? Be the trusted expert in developing high value, differentiated solutions for customer needs, as a consultant to our sales teams and customers.
? Be the voice of the field and the customer to help shape existing offerings and execute new STRAP initiatives that offer value to the customer.
? Responsible for the introduction and support of initiatives, tools, processes and offerings for target customer opportunities that support established sales strategies & tactics from the regional plan on a page.
? Identify and support high probability, high value, growth opportunities through customer presentations on offerings and support of sales in the technical project design, differentiation and risk management.
? Support the Regional Sales Organization on specific opportunities where the SSC technical expertise, or experience, creates differentiation and value.

Responsibilities:
? Participation in the design and rollout of HBS Business strategies and offering development.
? Local management of region specific offerings in coordination with the Global Offerings team..
? Local interface with areas Sales Teams to support marketing direction and business strategy.
? Training and mentoring of field sales and operations staff(s) on new offerings and initiatives
? Cooperation and interface with Regional resources to increase closure rates orders volume.
? Support to include customer & team presentations, systems and solutions demonstrations, review of technical proposals / specifications, and implementation of marketing strategies.
? Documentation and communication of successes and failures with supporting recommendations for territory and business improvements to the total solutions offering
