Responsibilities and Tasks / 职责与任务

－Perform gearbox design according to technical requirements / 按技术要求进行变速箱设计
－Perform gearbox structural design and analysis (e.g. bearing life, shaft strength, gear fatigue strength and housing design, etc.) using gear design tools and FEA software / 运用齿轮设计工具和有限元分析软件进行变速箱的总体设计及其结构分析（如轴承寿命、轴的强度、齿轮疲劳强度、箱体设计等）
－Check 3D/2D drawings / 审核三维与二维工程图纸
－Supplier evaluation and support / 供货商评估与支持
－Assist in project coordination and management / 协助项目协调与管理
－Provide technical support to production, marketing and sales / 为生产、市场及销售部门提供技术支持

Requirements/ 职位要求

－University degree in mechanical engineering / 机械工程大学毕业
－At least 2 years’ experience in a multinational company in a similar position / 2年以上在跨国公司的类似职位工作经验
－Four (4) or more years of experiences in gearbox design and development (reduction gearboxes preferred) / 4年以上变速箱设计与开发的经验（减速齿轮箱优先）
－Experienced with the gear design software / 运用齿轮设计软件的经验
－Experience with CAD tools (UG preferred), and familiarity with relevant GB, DIN and ISO standards in mechanical design / 具有CAD制图经验（UG优先），熟悉与机械设计相关的GB、DIN及ISO标准
－Effective communication and interpersonal skills / 有效的沟通和人际关系能力
－Able to work on projects independently and in a multifunctional team / 能够独立及在多功能团队中积极展开项目工作
－Good command of spoken and written English / 英语听说读写流利
－Deep understanding of the product development process / 深刻理解产品设计开发流程
－Teamwork spirit / 团队精神
