此岗位为以色列Hamlet代招（www.ham-let.com ），工作地点：扬中，待遇优厚。
Responsibility:
- Adopting Hamlet manufacturing instructions and processes to the facility in Yangzhong.
- Setting up the production line and improving the process effectively as per customer requirements.
- Support the Project Management to run the manufacturing process smoothly and safely.
- Managing the production; Control cost; Maintain cost effective material planning and production scheduling and execution;
- Through the lean production, design tools and fixtures, improve the production efficiency and quality.
- Responsibility for a variety of assembly analysis of problems and feedback; and supplying the solution. To maintain and improve the assembly process.
- Training employees in production and supervising them to insure quality products are produced efficiently.
- Participate in the hiring process of Hamlet’s China employees.
- For new suppliers, provide some support and appropriate training.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- About 5 to 7 years in an assembly manufacturing environment as a manufacturing engineer;
- Prior employment for a European or American multi-national in China is preferred;
- Understand sheet metal and drawing tolerances as well as some basic electrical knowledge to troubleshoot the controls; Ability of reading schematics, understanding relays and being able to read the manual for controller-programming, such as the watlow, would be a benefit.
- Prior experience in moving product manufacturing or production set-up as well as excellent project management skills.
- Good English skills, both in oral and writing.
- Motivated, goal driven self starter who can work with remote guidance.
- Proficient in CAD, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Microsoft Project
- Desire to have a leadership role in Manufacturing Operations and to grow into a Plant Manager role.
