Description
Drive product requirements collection/clarification with internal customers, break down requirements to small tasks, drive for technical solution with innovative thinking
Drive plan/roadmap making and frequent review with customers, track progress of the team, lead team to implement our product in time and with high quality
Always challenge ourselves and propose innovative ideas for the team to continuously improve, help manager to perfect SW development process within team including design, coding, review, test etc. have good
Communicate with customers to promote our product
Drive agile deployment and improvement within team
Qualifications
BS in Computer Science or Telecom, MS is preferred
Good Object Oriented design thinking
Rich experience in Java or C++ programming, >5 years’ experience in Java programming.
Rich experience in Database design
Rick experience in web application design, familiar with HTML/XML
With innovative thinking
Solid experience in automation test tool development and knowledge in telecommunication is a plus
Good analysis capability, good communication skills and other human skills
Strong leadership skills, team-work spirit and willing to take challenge
Able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
Fluent in oral & written English
