Responsibilities

Functional Expertise

- Business skills and experience in at least 2 areas of the following:
  - Shared Services and Outsourcing
  - Finance process reengineering
  - Business and finance transformation
  - Supply Chain Management
  - Sales and Operation Planning
  - Demand Forecasting
  - Supply Planning
  - New Product Introduction
- Proficient with Power point and excel modeling

Business development activities

- Support proposals development and preparation
- Create presentation materials based on KPMG leadership discussions
- Participate in client discussions and presentations
- Support building a knowledge database of proposals and thought leadership materials

Client delivery work

- Support deliverable execution
- Provide Project Management Office (PMO) support
- Handle internal administrative tasks
- Coordinate activities with the client and KPMG team

Experience and Knowledge

- Accounting and project management experience
  - A minimum of three years experience in management consultancy, professional services advisory or with a blue chip company with demonstrable experience in at least two of the following:
  - business process reengineering
  - organization design
  - strategic sourcing
  - sales strategy & planning
  - supply chain management
  - performance measurement
  - programme management
  - corporate governance
  - change management
  - performance measurement
- Industry experience should include banking, finance, insurance, telecommunications or manufacturing industries
- We require all candidates to have a flexible, creative and innovative approach to problem solving and possess strong interpersonal and communication skill

Education and Professional Certifications

- Bachelor’s degree
