Facility Technician 设施技术员

Job Descriptions:

- Repair the facility equipments if necessary and possible.
- Implement or participate maintenance activity.
- Regularly facility equipments inspection.
- Supervision and support to facility contractors’ activity.
- Utility system operation.
- Space parts management.
- Involve in firefighting team and assume responsibility.
- Support facility engineer to manage other technicians.
- Support other affairs on behalf of facility
- Performs other duties if assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

- High voltage and low voltage operation certificate needed
- At least 7years experience on facilities maintenance and repairing
- Familiar with HVAC system, fire protection system , cooling water , decoration ,power generator and air-compressor.
- Quick learning ability
- Oil tank operation experience preferred
- Good interpersonal skills
