Job Responsibility:
1. Scope covers IQC, PQC, SQE, ISO certification, Customer complaints handling.
2. Drive plant continuous improvement by practice all kinds of tools and systematically analysis.
3. Make sure plant quality performance improvement by quality methodology and skills application in the whole plant.
4. Leading supplier quality improvement step by step.
5. Make sure manufacturing process align with quality system ISO or other certification.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering with strong background on auto-car or electrical industrial.
2. Rich experience in Multi-national company for 8 years above and 3 years above on managerial role.( Automotive and Electronics prefered).
3. Rich experience on quality tools application for example 6 sigma, PFMEA, 8D etc.
4. Open, Responsible, good communication, team player.
