职位描述：
- Work with Corporate Internal Auditor to assist implementing SOX documentations as well as Standard Operation Procedures for all the China operations
- Assist the Corporate Internal Auditors to perform internal audit for all China operations
- Assist China management to make sure effective and adequate controls are in place for the ERP system implementation throughout China operations
- Build partnership with departments and functional managements to develop and maintain a strong company culture to support its mission and vision;
- Plan and supervise internal audits/inspections to ensure the compliance of Corporate policies/procedures and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal accounting procedures and operating systems and controls.
- Meet with China management team as well as individual JV management at all levels to discuss audit results and make recommendations to resolve audit findings requiring corrective actions.
- Coordinate and interact with external audit for any internal controls findings during their annual audits for China operations
Perform special audit-related projects or other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

- Tertiary Education (Bachelor Degree above) major in Finance / Accounting. Higher finance / business related education will be an advantage;
- 3 years or above “Big 4” auditing experience; Previous SOX experience preferred; Strong US GAAP experience preferred;
- Familiar with risk - based audit approach and capable of identifying and resolving complex control issues
- Cross cultural, mature with strong people skills
- Fluent English – CET 6 or above degrees required
- knowledge with SAP / Hyperion will be a big plus;
- Conversant in application of Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, ERP system (USERFRIEND);
