? Prepare campaign plan or program for assigned installations;
? Monthly review the production plan for each installation base on the updated forecast;
? Cooperate with fine planners to adjust the scheduling according to production status;
? Monitor WIP in order to ensure OTD;
? Optimize equipment efficiency through scheduling activity;
? Education: Bachelor degree, science background, majored in mechanical or IE is preferred;
? Experience: 3+ years working experience in IE or production planning; automotive industry is preferred;
? Language : Good English commutation on writing, oral English is a plus;
? Computer Skill: At least one kind of ERP(AS400, SAP, COPICS, Oracle is a plus); good EXCEL skills and ACCESS is a plus;
? Others: Working under pressure and communicable; responsible personality; be capable to work in front line workshops.
