1、***优先，50周岁以下，擅长无锡本帮擦、有大锅菜经验优先；
2、严格控制本餐厅成本，正确掌握毛利率，抓好成本核算，加强食品原料及物品的管理，降低费用，增加盈利；
3、抓好员工队伍的基本建设，熟悉和了解员工的思想状况、工作表现和业务水平，并注意培训、考核和选拔人才；
4、抓好整个前厅、厨房的设备、设施的维护及保养，使整个餐厅、厨房处于良好的运作状态，并得到合理使用，加强日常管理，防止事故发生。
