职位描述：
1、供热通风与空调工程、制冷与低温技术、地暖等暖通专业毕业，大专及以上学历

2、3-5年现场施工管理工作经验

3、熟悉毛细管中央空调、或地源热泵空调和一般的水冷和风冷空调、地暖工程的施工管理工作

4、有较强的施工人员组织能力和协调能力

5、有较强的文字表达能力，擅于工程制度的编制、管理及执行

6、熟悉各类办公软件的应用，熟悉CAD制图



岗位职责：

1、统筹管理公司各类工程项目

2、统筹管理施工现场的工期、安全、质量、工程成本

3、合理调配工程人员，对现场工程人员进行绩效管理

4、组织和落实工程人员的培训和考核工作，培养技术团队

5、编制工程管理制度、施工规范等文件；编制各项目的施工计划，部门年度计划等 举报 分享
