职位描述：

工作内容/ACTIVITIES:

- 检查所有客户的每日发货要求。

Check the daily shipments requirements of all clients.

- 监管发货的准备情况，包括单据准备。

Supervise preparation of shipping and paperwork.

- 组织产品打包及出货扫描。

Organize the wrapping and scanning for shipping.

- 组织协调本地和出口货物发货，保证发货及时，数量无误 。

Coordinate local and export shipments, guaranteeing the on time delivery and correct quantity.

- 每月定期替换缓冲库存内从产品。

Rotate the buffer monthly per the procedure.

- 协调本地和进口每日收货，保证收货及时，数量无误 。

Coordinate local and import receiving, guaranteeing the timely receiving and shipping quantity checking.

- 协调质量部门的原料（收货区）检验。

Coordinate with the Quality Department verification of raw material (Receiving Area).

- 收货后及时入库到货架上的制定库位。

Timely inbound after receiving. Load them to the storage locations on racks.

- 按照生产要求，及时补货给生产区域。

Delivery materials to the production area per requirement.

- 组织老厂的注塑零件定期向新厂组装区域转移。

Organize the frequent transfer of molded parts from the old building to the new building.

- 根据项目设置及调整材料库位。

Set up and maintain the racks layout for storage.

- 领导看板协调建立并维护看板系统。

Lead the Kanban Coordinator to set up and maintain the Kanban system.

- 保持物料和货物接收区域每天都干净整齐。

Maintain the Materials and Receiving Area clean and orderly every day.

- 保持车间、设备和材料的干净、整齐和维修得当。

Maintains the workplace, equipment and materials clean, orderly and in good repair.

- 支持货车和叉车的TPM。

Support TPM for trucks and forklifts.

- 协调1班和2班的绿色会议 。

Coordinate green meetings for 1^st and 2^nd shifts.

- 参加部门的NWT会议。

Take the MAT NWT meeting weekly.

- 培训物料收发货小组人员。

Train the Shipping and Receiving team..

- 发展下属。

Develop the subordinate.

- 参与和支持SLMS系统 。

Participate and supports the SLMS System.

- 持续改善物料部门的程序 。

Continuously improves the processes in the Materials Department.

- 维护持续改善计划和成本控制 。

Maintain continuous improvement and cost reduction.

- 实施所要求的其他任务和职责 。

Perform other tasks and responsibilities as required.

应具备的技术知识和能力/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

- 能说50%的英语。

50% Bilingual.

- 能够实施公平和持续的政策，规定和规则，对问题的快速反应和灵活处理及适应性，良好的口头交流能力，能够分析数据并采取正确的要求修改现存步骤的行动。

Ability to administer fair and consistent policies, rules and regulations, flexibility and adaptability to respond quickly to problems, excellent oral communication skills, ability to analyze data and determine corrective actions that require modifying existing procedures.

- 必要的供应链知识，包括订单管理，仓库管理，收发货管理，等等。

- Basic Supply Chain knowledge including order management, warehouse management, shipping and receiving, etc.

- 汪得力员工测试得分30分以上。

Pass Wonderlic score of 30 or greater.

学历要求/EDUCATION:

- 大专及以上学历。

College degree.

工作经验/EXPERIENCE:

- 仓库，物流、收发货或者其他供应链环节5年以上工作经验。

5+ years’ experience in warehouse management, logistics, shipping & receiving or other supply chain management.

- 有2年以上现场物料或收发货管理经验及团队管理经验。

2+ years’ experience of onsite materials management with a team. Or experience in the shipping and receiving as leader.

- 汽车行业或拉动生产经验优先考虑。

Experience in Auto industry OR experience of pull production will be preferred.
