Tasks Description
Report to the Sales Manager, focus on sales execution to ensure targets
are met.
Responsible for the sales deliverables, and non-financial objectives in
the assigned area.
Manage distributors and retailors. Collaborate with distributor to
service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts
by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or
potential sales.
Conduct product knowledge training, sales training to distributors and
retailors. Support sales manager with the area sales planning and
forecasting to ensure healthy sell in and sell out.
Provide customers with sales technical support and sales services.
Contact prospective customers and build positive relationship that will
generate future sales and repeat business.
Conduct sales planning and responsible for distributor sales phasing
and forecasting. Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and
potential sales opportunities.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports,
CRM, ERS, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual area report and
analyses.
Support local trials to test on product applications and identify
application opportunity.
Work closely with technical team to attend to technical queries and
give feedback on the market development.
Resolves customer complaints by working closely with the technical and
QA team
Achieve the money collection target and assist Sales Adm. Dept. to
regularly update customers’ credit limitation minimize the risk of bad
debts.
Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competiton
activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they
can respond to change market conditions and customer demands.
Requirements Description
Degree in Aquaculture/Fisheries/Aquatic Science/Nutrition/Science
Able to work independently. Motivated and able to work on the
field.Sales eexperience in Animal Health industry with proven sales
track records.
Minimum 2-3 years of sales working experience.
