职位描述：
POSITION SUMMARY:
The analyst will support the Marketing & Business Planning Department in business planning and CRM system development through primary and secondary research and analysis. Verbal and written bi-directional translations (English to Chinese, Chinese to English) are required.
ESSENTIAL TASK:
? Provide preliminary market research and analysis for new marketing service lines, products and potential client profile.
? Work with the MBD team to develop the CRM system, and assist with the development, review, and assessment of marketing campaign results to clarify business performance and to drive improvements
? Build statistical models to increase personalization of marketing efforts and patient behavior
? Collaborate cross functionally with clinical and operational departments using consumer insights

? Excellent communication skills, including maturity in independently interviewing clinical professionals
? Proactive, resourceful, collaborative, and organized
? Passion for the healthcare provider industry
? Comfort working in a multinational company setting
? Creative and analytical thinking

DECISION-MAKING and ANALYTICAL SKILLS:
? Excellent primary and secondary data research skills and analytical skills
? Demonstrated ability to use Excel as an analytical tool and PowerPoint as a communication tool
POSITIONS SUPERVISED:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
? Undergraduate degree in life sciences, healthcare or business preferred with a minimum of 1 year of work experience.
