Responsibility：

1.Adjust trial and ensure tool to match requirement for further mass production;

调整试模并确保模具达到要求，并能顺利进行批量生产。

2.Participate in APQP coordination which involved technics issue, include testing;
参与APQP协调所有关于工艺问题，包括试样。

3.Review and provide corrective action report to customer and tracking on any quality relevant issues;
回顾和提供纠正措施报告给客户并观察追踪所有与质量有关的问题。

4.Prevent repeated mistake in manufacturing through issue OI FMEA process flow chart;

通过发行OI FMEA流程图等来预防生产中重复出错。

5.Improve technics, jig, or technics process to achieve quality and production requirement;

改进工艺、夹具等；改变工艺流程达到质量和生产要求。

6.Timely monitoring and update tooling progress to customer;
及时将模具进度状况反馈给客户。

7.Arrange relevant designer and relevant personnel to prepare after project kick-off;
和客户确定该项目开发后，安排设计及相关人员做准备。

8.Weekly tracking on project progress after design released, timely feedback to relevant personnel or customer once problems occur
设计完成后关注整个项目的进度，及时将出现的问题反馈给相关人员或客户，并每周做进度表，并让相关的人员知道

9.Organize meeting to arrange all necessary work for production, plan if mass production required;

若需进行批量生产，需安排召开会议，安排（生产部、计划部）整个生产事宜。

10.Responsible for planning, scheduling and tooling progress follow up;

负责模具项目的过程策划，制定开发进度，并跟踪项目进展；

11.Organize and participate design review on tooling structuring;
组织并参与各类模具工艺装备的设计结构审核；

12.Coordinate and solve any technical issues or quality issues;
协同解决在模具制造中现场发生的技术、质量问题；

13.Organize and participate in tool testing, ensure tooling buy-off successfully;
组织并参与试模，确保模具的顺利验收；

14.Cooperation with purchaser, ensure material and standard components purchasing progress according with schedule;

与采购协作，及时地进行模具材料及标准件的采购；

15.Responsible for contract review, sign-off if sub-contractor required, control each key process, progress, quality, cost;

对委外模具进行合同和技术协议的签署；关控各节点，控制模具开发的进度、质量、成本；

Requirements：

1. Major in Engineering or Mechanical，College degree education.

大专以上学历，工程类或机械类专业。

2. Above 8 years related experience in tooling manufacturing, 3 years in injection.

8年左右模具制造方面的经验，3年注塑经验。

3. Good at reading ,written and oral English is prior to be considerd.

英文读写流畅，将会优先考虑。

4. Independently complete the Project planning, monitoring; Arrange for planning, production in tooling Dept; Confirm with customer on project development.

独立完成模具项目策划跟踪；安排模具（生产部、计划部）整个生产事宜；和客户确定该项目开发。
