Deliverables / Metrics:
1.Complete hiring tasks in timely and effective manner
2.Keep good and smooth communication and cooperation with Operations
3.Continuously explore and analyze the recruitment channels in local F&B market to ensure recruitment quality and effectiveness
Responsibilities:
1) Make weekly/quarterly/monthly/annual recruitment plan and complete daily interview according to weekly hiring needs raised by Operations, including screening and short-list the candidates and follow up the interview feedbacks.
2) Take full advantage of Company’s recruitment resources, release & update the job ads. and recruitment information. Explore new recruitment channels.
3) Complete C&B survey in local market on regular basis. Ensure the data collected be most update and accurate and check if Element Fresh keeps good competitiveness.
4) Assist to complete kinds of recruitment analysis and review recruitment strategy on regular basis.
5) Lead to complete kinds of recruitment activities, including new store opening, public job fair & campus job fair, etc, on regular time period.
6) Analyzes the reasons of employee's dismissal, to find out the primary reasons of employee turnover and provide appropriate suggestion for human resources management of the company.
7) Responsible for high level positions recruiting: including but not only senior level, management level.
8) Complete other tasks as assigned.
Skill Requirements:
Technical skills
a) College or equivalent degree, preferred major in Human Resources or related.
b) At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment and management (especially in campus recruiting), preferred in chain F&B industry.
c) Be familiar with kinds of recruitment channels and with good resources or network.
d) MS office proficiency.
e) Good English communication in both oral and written.

d) Strong inter-personal skills at all levels.

5) 在规定时间内主导完成各类招聘活动,包括新店招聘、社会招聘和校园招聘等。
6) 发掘并分析员工的离职原因,提供有效的针对人员留用的建议。
7) 负责高端岗位招聘和面试:包括但不仅限于高级职位,管理职位。
8) 完成直接上级交办的其他工作。

b) 三年以上招聘及管理经验(特别是校园招聘),有连锁餐饮行业经验优先。

d) 熟练的运用OFFICE软件。
e) 良好的英语口语及书面沟通能力。
