Job Description:

1. Daily Business

In charge of related processes/activities regarding, e.g. reporting, assets management, etc.

To be contact person for Tax bureau, Banks, Administration offices of China, and internal/external auditor;

2. Month-end/Year-end closing

To prepare and coordinate the month-end and year-end closing between the different departments

To keep high quality of data by ensuring that all invoices are recorded in SAP and accruals as well if necessary;

To generate/review/ reporting and balance sheet for FiRE input;

3. Projects

Involvement in local&central accounting related projects

Participation in meetings/workshops within Asia regarding project implementation and follow-ups;

4. Management

To lead a group of accounting team within own functions to ensure the team performance

To achieve excellence by running continuous improvement activities;

5. Others

Follow-up of Allocation In/Out,all the necessary documents have to be prepared in time.

Job Requirement:

1.Education/Certificate

Bachelor Degree of Accounting/International Finance Certificate

2.Professional Experience

5+ years work experience in accounting management, more than one functional areas preferred.

3.Project and/or Process Experience

Not required but experiences in setting up accounting related workflow/process as preferred;

4.Leadership Experience

2+ years of experiences in leading team preferred

5.Intercultural/International Experience

Not required, but appreciated

In May,2011, PLT begins production. Since then, Hefei Plant is developed from Phase I to Phase III. And Phase IV is kicked off. Moreover, Two Wheel Plant, R&D Test Center, APAC Training Center, CSS Workshop are launched in Hefei. Till now, we have more than 1800 employees in Hefei Plant.

The factory has the high degree of the production automation which achieves the international advanced level. Along with the development of the new projects which include the new two wheels factory as well as the expansions of the research and development center and the tire factory for passenger vehicles in stage four, respectively, the company will recruit more people with lofty aspirations to join it.
