岗位描述 YOUR TASKS
? Responsibility for the claim management (collection of customer payments, facilitating customer invoicing) for all HELLA China locations.
? Collection of open claims from customers, running a structured escalation process in case of customer payment delays.
? Close cross-functional collaboration - especially with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to facilitate an efficient and transparent invoicing and claim management process.
? Root cause analysis and corrective actions in case customer payment is delayed due to internal factors.
? Facilitating a standardized process definition in the area of claim management in cooperation with the functions of accounting, IT and other specialist areas and constantly developing these processes further.
? Implementation of new or further developed controlling tools for the analysis and monitoring the relevant KPIs in claims management.
? Preparation of methodically prepared process documentation and the implementation of these processes China-wide
? > 5 years working experience in the area of claim management or adjacent functions e.g. Controlling, Finance, Sales
? Analytical and structured way of thinking and working
? Strong communication skills to negotiate externally (with customer) and to obtain internal alignment
? Familiarity with relevant IT systems (MS Office and SAP).
? Strong English and Chinese language skills
