Mission

1.Drive strategic Public Private Partnership engagement programs to establish a replicable and scalable smart City Business model in China.
2.Ensure sales execution and business delivery in context of Public Private Partnership .
3.Responsible for developing and leading a sales team to develop a sustainable business on his/her assigned territory.
4.Manage team to drive revenue plan delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
5.Mentor and lead transformation within his/her sales team to grow revenue for 3DS.

Job responsibilities
1.Contribute and drive revenue delivery on target in accordance with his/her committed revenue plan
2.Develop sales strategy and appropriate sales coverage on his/her assigned territory
3.Build, lead and assess his/her sales team to execute the revenue plan and foster talents development for maximum efficiency
4.Manage his/her sales team to deliver an accurate forecast for Q, Q+1, Q+2 and FY with the appropriate pipeline in line with business objectives
5.Lead business reviews with extended sales team to ensure proper execution in accordance with the LEVERAGE process
6.Manage and ensure ALC collection
7.Foster and facilitate collaboration between his/her sales team and Client ecosystem to ensure sales success and customer satisfaction
8.Contribute, review and approve engagement and/or sales strategy (Customer Value Roadmap) defined by his/her sales team on their assigned accounts
9. Initiate and lead some customer executive meetings to promote vision and demonstrate commitment to customer success
10.Adopt and manage change management strategies within his/her sales team.
