职责：

1. 严格执行公司质量管理体系、负责组织、检查、控制、监督体系的运作和对公司整个生产过程的质量控制和监督。
2. 充分发挥质量检验对产品质量的保证，确保产品出公司全部达到质量标准。
3. 负责编制质量检验的计划工作。按照标准和订货合同，负责对主、辅原料的进货检验。
4. 负责对生产过程质量检验。严格要求质量检验人员，对各工序进行抽检，严把质量关，保证产品最终检验合格，成品入库。
5. 参与新产品试制及新的用料试验工作，对新产品和新的用料进行评价，并提出试制或试验的意见。
6. 负责实验室的全部工作，对公司需理化或抽样测试的原、辅料及成品进行测试，并提供报告。
7. 负责公司计量管理工作，对检测仪器，设施和计量器具进行管理和保养，使其能保持良好性能，并做好台帐，确保核定日期送检，使其处于完好性和有效性。
8. 负责公司质量检验的原始数据的记录，汇总并做好质量分析工作，每月编写质量分析报告，对日常生产过程中出现的异常质量信息及时向有关部门反馈、跟踪解决结果，必要时及时向总经理室报告。
9. 负责对检验人员的培训，对所有检验人员进行业务指导并负责公司有关质量检验的其他工作和临时性的检验工作。
10. 做好产品及主原料的留样工作，建立质量档案，并进行管理。
