Key Accountabilities
? Primary responsibilities of this position are: in-depth sourcing of candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to the HRBP.
? Conducts research and mines a variety of data sources to identify potential candidates.
? Research and recommend creative and effective sourcing strategies, including: web-based searching, targeting association contacts, college recruiting and the use of social networking forums and non-traditional ones (cold-calling, internet mining, social networking sites, etc.), to find appropriate active and passive candidates.
? Advertise vacancies in accordance with agreed-upon sourcing strategy.
? Upload accurate, updated, and compliant information in Gucci applicant tracking system.
? Gains trust and confidence of candidates through excellent responsiveness and relationship building techniques, simultaneously increasing visibility for Gucci’s as a employer of choice.
? Conducts interviews and evaluates candidates; provides selection insight/direction to HRBP and hiring managers for consideration.
? Identifies opportunities for effective and cost efficient external promotion and outreach via the Internet and other face to face mediums; continuously refines approach to keep pace with evolving technology.
Key Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of five year’s recruiting experience.
? Ability to manage multiple priorities.
? Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Proficient computer skills (Microsoft: Word, Excel, and Outlook).
? Expertise using resume databases, internet search tools, and/or social media networks to source and develop on-going talent pools that meet strategic hiring needs.
? In-depth knowledge of sourcing channels, techniques and strategies.
? Must be Internet savvy with advanced level experience with professional and social networking sites, as well as other Sourcing / Recruitment tools.
? Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred.
? Ability to work well independently and as a team. Self-starter, driven and results-oriented people person with a positive attitude and upbeat personality.
? Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
? Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly connect and communicate effectively, in person or by phone, with individuals with a wide variety of experiences, backgrounds, and skill levels.
? Excellent ability to work with all levels of the organization and adapt style to meet customer needs.
? Fluent in English and Mandarin
