职位描述：
Primary Function
1. Assist Finance Controller to oversee the financial soundness of the company.
2. Observes generally accepted accounting standards and procedures.
3. Lead the accounting team in providing accurate and legal finance report and support to company business, especially in reporting analysis
4. GL Accounts
5. Taxation
6. Finance report and analysis
7. Cost control and analysis
8. Coaching and training accounting team

Main Duties and Responsibilities
GL and Accounting:
1. Ensuring smooth monthly closing
2. Responsible for timely and quality corporate report package formulized by China and Lear corporate
3. Manage General Ledger accounts, breakdown for BS and PL account
4. Supervise system maintenance regarding accounting setting, monitor all accounts which belongs to Shanghai Lear Automotive Systems Company
5. Assist Financial Controller to finish budget and rolling forecast
6. Be involved in audit
7. Taxation
8. Assist Financial Controller to train latest accounting policy
Finance Management:
1. Assist Financial Controller to lead the accounting team in providing accurate and legal finance report, especially in reporting analysis
2. Ensure all accounting and management reports timely and accurately.
3. Ensure budget and rolling forecast and cash flow report timely and accurately.
4. Ensure compliance with the company’s accounting policies and procedures and with generally accepted accounting standards and procedures and align with the company’s policy.
5. Direct timely and accurate preparation of financial and relate statistical reports to both internal and external users.
6. Lead QAD finance core team and ensure QAD finance function sound running
7. Ensure the timely and accurate costing book, reports, including month end closing reports, margin, variance and program profitability analysis.
8. Prepare the plant and cost related accounting operation.
9. Assist in cost reduction progress
10. Conducting annual stocktaking together with Logistics and Production department.
11. Conducting yearly evaluation of standard costs, monitor and update standard cost according to latest information
12. Other tasks assigned by controller


Position Specification
Management Scope:
1. General Ledger belongs to Shanghai Lear Automotive Systems Company
2. Take the lead of overall accounting and finance reporting business
3. All accounting transactions
4. Cost control

Education:
1. University Graduate with bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance related discipline, CPA preferred.
2. CET 4 or above
3. With certified accountant qualification

Experience:
1. At least 4 years experience in finance area in manufacturing especially cost.
2. Good analytical mind and detail oriented.

Skills:
1. Good team leadership skills. Good Team Player and Leader.
2. Can work with independent and self-motivated, nature, open-minded
3. Good communication skill verbal and written, both in English and Mandarin
4. Problem solver, good human relationships, flexible, patient and mature individual.
5. Good at ERP system, QAD and Hyperion knowledge is preferred.
6. CPA preferred.
7. Good at Chinese GAAP and USA GAAP
8. Honest, hard worker, dedicated, handle pressure
