岗位职责:

Summary of Responsibilities: UFH CCC business supporting management, including IT technology, data analysis, CCC vendors management, CCC office administration, team culture construction, etc.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist CCC operation to do annual business plan and annual budget, and organize the relative resource to execute.
2. Assist CCC operation to accomplish internal and external service KPIs and improve it together
3. Assist CCC to set up and maintain good relationship with other departments
4. In charge of CCC business data analysis, business process optimization and management, assist CCC manager to improve CCC performance
5. In charge of CCC relative policies making and optimization
6. In charge of process building and optimization
7. In charge of CCC training system and execution, including IT system knowledge training and other related skills training
8. In charge of IT requirement, include requirement collection and management.
9. In charge of IT system building, include vendors selection and management, system maintenance work.
10. In charge of CCC office administration management
11. In charge of CCC meeting system and policy and problem follow up
12. In charge of UFH culture promotion and teambuilding, thus to enhance the moral of the team
13. To accomplish the temporary work assigned by top leader

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Strong philosophy and experience in customer service and strong willing to do service
? Open and communicative, willing to take responsibility, Integrity, Independent, and strong team work spirit
? Be positive & proactive, teamwork, would like to take challenges and able to self-motivate
? More than 5+years working experience, medical background preferred or call center management experience or hospital working experience preferred

Skills:
? Good ability of IT, process, knowledge, quality, data analysis and report writing
? Strong information management system building experience and management skills, include CRM, Call Center, KB, OA, web, etc.
? People management skills and experiences
? Have a good integrity to get respect from all level of CCS team.
? Good ability of call center strategy and execution
? COPC or ACE certification will be preferred

Knowledge:
? Excellent in writing, speaking and listening communication skill both in Chinese and English
? Familiar with call center management
? Bachelor’s degree above, MBA will be preferred
? Medical knowledge will be preferred
