职位描述：
Job Responsibilities：
1.Understand company expections and requirement, follow company sales strategy and rules.
2.Support GM to make sales strategy and business plan.
3.Update business plan termly
4.Take care of marketing and analysis
5.Responsible for new business development"
6.Based on the business developments,together with GM to build sales team, and implement the management.
7.Orgnize the sales department for customer and project review.
8.Support sales for customer visit, sales decision, internal cooperation with other departments.
9.Effectively evaluate customer credit and manage the account receiving.
10.Development of the new RFQs.
11.Establish and improve the related regulations and procedure of Sales department,and also be responsible for the training and performance evaluation of the employees in Sales department.

Qualification:
1.Bechelor degree or above, more than 8 years working experience in automotive industry.
2.Familiar with domestic automotive market and major OEMs
3.Good skills for presentation and communications
4.Active and has team spirit
5.Excellent pral English
