Reporting to: Operations Manager

Job Description:
·Oversee the Operations in Changzhou plant
·Lead the team and implement continuous process improvement, new layout and overall production efficiency.
·Accountable for Safety, Cost, Quality, Labor Efficiency, Scrap Reduction and Machine Downtime of the full production floor.
·Assess the efficiency & effectiveness of internal relating to operational processes
·Ensure the plant operations meet the financial budget.
·Work with Singapore team to ensure all practices relating to production are compliance to corporate policies.
·Review and monitor all plant equipment and system to minimize unplanned downtime and to identify opportunities for improvement.
·Ensure the production team compliance with clean room discipline, GDP, GMP and also corporate policies.
·Ensure the production team understand the quality requirements and produce high standard quality products.
·Perform system review and asses KPI status monthly


Requirements:
·Bachelor degree in Engineering,
5-8 years molding experiences(familiar with PVC.PE.ABS.PC),and experiences in a medical device manufacturing environmen prefer.
·Familiar with cGMP, FMEA, SPC, Risk Management, ISO 13485 .
·Good technical knowledge in process, production equipment and molding machinery are essential.
·Good command of both verbal and written English
·Experience in the 10k clean room manufacturing environment
·Familiarized with Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma
