Duties & Responsibilities岗位职责

· Ensure smooth operations and proper maintenance of M&E Building services (Cooling System, Compressed Air System, etc.)

确保运作正常，维护工厂屋宇设施（冷却系统，空压系统等）

· Carry out internal preventive routine maintenance and assist & coordinate with outside contractor for all facility related activities.

实施内部预防性日常维护，负责厂务设施方面与外部承包商的协调

· Maintain and upkeep all documents, records and reports.

保存所有文件，记录及报告

· Provide engineering support to operation & project teams.

为运营及项目团队提供工程支持

· Participate in new machine installation & utilities hook-up.

参与新机器安装及水电连接装置

· Promote & enhance work safety culture in all engineering and operation activities.

就所有工程及机运营活动，提倡宣导安全作业文化

Requirements

· Candidates must possess at least diploma in engineering preferably Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
具备工程类资质，机械或电机工程方面更佳

· Candidates must have experience in facility repair & factory upkeep.
具备设施维修及厂务维护

• Candidates must have at least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience.
  具备3 - 4年相关经验
• Ability to analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot facility related issue.
  具备分析，判断及厂务故障排除的能力
• Hands-on, independent, resourceful and takes initiative.
  实践，独立，善于调整资源，积极主动
