Duties & Responsibilities岗位职责

· Carry out regular and non-routine microbiological testing and environmental monitoring for medical device manufacturing facility (air monitoring, swab testing, etc). 负责对医疗器械生产车间执行定期与非定期的微生物测试与环境监控（例如：浮游菌、沉降菌以及擦拭实验）
· Conduct microbiological testing – preparation of medias, testing of bulk, finished products, stability products, etc. 负责执行微生物测试，如培养基的准备、产品生物负载测试以及稳定性测试等。
· Prepare, review and implement test methods or SOPs relating to microbiological testing. 负责微生物试验文件的起草、审核并实施测试方法。
· Ensure proper inventory management of laboratory consumables, microbiological medias and peripherals, etc. 负责对实验室耗材、培养基进行正确的库存管理。
· Maintain testing equipment in microbiological lab. 负责对微生物实验室的仪器设备进行维护。
· Perform variance or laboratory investigations and document out-of-spec or inconsistent situations. 负责执行对实验数据，偏差进行分析并记录原因。
· Co-ordinate and arrange samples for investigation. 负责协调并安排样本进行调查分析
· Clean room monitoring monthly and data analysis. 负责洁净室环境监控及数据分析。
· Any other job related duties as and when assigned. 配合并协助其它上级指派的工作。

Requirements岗位要求

· Diploma in Microbiology or equivalent, with at least 1 year relevant exprience.大专以上学历，微生物及相关专业，至少一年以上相关工作经验
· Be good at communication skill and team work.良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力
· Familiar with computer skill.熟练使用办公软件
· Be good at English reading and writing.有一定的英语阅读和书写能力
· Knowledge of microbiology testing and environmental monitoring. 熟悉并了解微生物测试机环境控制
· Knowledge of sampling plan and operation Micro lab equipments.具备QC抽样和微生物实验室设备操作方面的知识
