Duties ＆ Responsibilities:岗位职责

· Initiates and implement improvements in all area of IT responsibility.熟悉并执行所有IT职责范围内的工作
· Planning IT budget, control IT budgets and expenditures. 计划IT预算，费用控制。
· Ensuring that all software licensing are adhered to.确保所有软件许可证的有效性
· Ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems, including SAP, anti-virus software, printing services, emails as well as internet access.确保所有IT 系统平稳运行，包括SAP, 杀毒系统，打印服务，邮件及互联网。
· Maintain and administer the Operating System.维护和管理操作系统
· Responsible to maintain existing network, PC, laptop, housekeeping and servers backup services.负责维护现存的网络，台式机，笔记本和服务器
· Manage upgrade activities of the SAP/Network/Computer systems. SAP/Network/计算机系统的升级管理
· Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and IT supplies 所有硬件，软件及IT用品的采购管理
· Ensuring that all IT assets are properly maintained.确保所有IT资产得到适当的维护
· Work with IT Singapore to ensure all IT practices are compliance to corporate policies. 与新加坡IT配合确保所有IT制度都符合公司政策
· Manage and maintain the Company’s telephone system.管理和维护公司电话系统
· Manage IT vendors IT供应商管理

Requirements岗位要求

· Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science / Information Technology大专以上学历，计算机科学或信息技术管理专业
· Min 3-5 years of relevant experiences至少3-5年相关工作经验
· Experience with Windows XP / Windows 7 / Windows 2003 in a domain environment 具备Windows XP / Windows 7 / Windows 2003环境的工作经验
· Knowledgeable on Computer Hardware / Software printers LAN / WAN troubleshooting 熟悉计算机硬件/软件/局域网/外网等相关知识
