Reporting to: Finance Director

Duties & Responsibilities:

·Managing the Materials, IT, Production Planning, Purchasing, Logistics as well as Warehousing Department.
·Ensure the smooth implementation of ERP System.
·Managing, reviewing and controlling the inventory control function in accordance with established Company policies and procedures to maintain adequate stock levels and stock balances in order to effectively support operations, tools include Lean or Kanban.
·Establishing targets for reducing inventory levels on various category groups and 'in-active' stock
·Intensively managing the entire supply chain cycle of designated Critical Spares, Critical Bulk Commodities and Insurance stock items
·Managing, reviewing and controlling to ensure the timely supply of all scheduled / emergency materials requirements for projects/operations
·Managing, reviewing and controlling the analysis of warehouse inventory for optimal efficiency in capital expenditures and serviceability for operations at the lowest possible cost
·Keep abreast of materials, markets, and materials pricing trends that effect company products,prepare a monthly PPV analysis and recommendation.
·Responsible for continuing programs of exploration for new materials, suppliers, and processes to achieve the best possible quality, reliability, prices, continuity, and delivery.
·Maintain Supply Chain Management purchasing systems, practices and policies to ensure honest, fair, and ethical relationships with vendors. Keep informed on legal matters affecting purchasing policies. Work with Singapore office to ensure all practices are compliance to corporate policies.
·Take care of import and export matters, collect the updated import & export regulation to share with finance team, to assess the total impact regarding any change in import & export regulation in China
·Strongly lead and train and coach SCM team to ensure the good quality of SCM team's work
·Any other duties as assigned

Requirements
·Minimum 5-8 years in manufacturing industry in planning, logistics and ERP system.
·Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or other relevant qualification
·Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
·Experience in daily order fulfillment, logistics operations including the shipment of purchased goods, inventory and warehouse management.
·Above basic level of import & export knowledge
·Good communication, negotiation, organizing & relationship management skills
·Very good verbal English ( good enough for daily work and communication)
