Job Scope:
~ Responsible for injection molding, blow molding &
Extrusion process (plastics and silicone material)
~ Responsible for process and Equipment qualification /
improvement
~ Provide training in tool implementation and ensure
smooth run of production processes
~ Setting up of new projects, controlling & auditing
compliance of production system with both internal /
external quality standards
~ Plan, implement and control measures to improve process
yield as well as handle cost reduction projects
~ Trouble-shoot and resolve engineering problems to meet
production schedule
~ To carry out routine preventive & predictive
maintenance for all moulds, tooling and equipment
~ To ensure the products are meet the quality standards
~ Evaluate process improvement and update validation
protocol, procedures, work instruction for moulds and
molding machines.

Requirement
1.Bachalor degree with major in Material, Mechanical,
Engineering, or science etc.
2.Minimum 5 years in injection molding manufacturing
environment;
3.knowledge in Pro-E & Solidworks, Auto CAD;
4.Fair in English language skill.
