职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

Carry out sales plan and achieve sales targets on the responsible territories

Service existing business and accounts with strengthen customer relationship

Improve customer satisfaction level by efficient and high quality service levels and implementing the new Customer Intimacy Model across different customer groups

Build and efficiently manage the distribution network for general industry segments

Developing new customers/business through technical solutions wit?h liaison of technical resources

Managing business continuity for customers’ transplant from US, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions

Cooperation with marketing to provide good market intelligence

Preparation of customer visit report, monthly report and sales rolling forecast on time



REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Engineering, famous university is preferred.

Minimum 3 years sales experience in adhesive in home appliance, solar, transportation application or other adhesion industry

Fluent in Englis

Team player, customer and result oriented

Good communication skills

Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and to work independently

Be enthusiastic and motivated
