2、负责人力资源市场数据分析及调研报告的撰写。
3、搜集整理各类市场信息及相关政策状况。
4、策划与编辑资讯推文，为业务部门提供专业及时资讯。
5、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。

岗位要求：
1、人力资源专业毕业，具有企业人事管理相关2年以上工作经验；
2、熟悉人力资源六大模块及各项事务的具体操作流程，熟悉掌握国家劳动法律法规政策；
3、具有人力资源专业技能和较强的沟通能力、文字表达能力、协调能力和人际关系管理能力；
