Responsibilities
工作职责

• To monitor and plan inventory for all items within the facilities control while meeting the division’s service objective.
  设备控制中监控、计划所有项目的库存，满足部门服务目标
• Optimize the utilization of plant resources, while meeting pre-established inventory objectives and the desired customer service levels agreed with the selling divisions.
  优化工程资源的使用，满足预先制定的库存目标和销售部门同意的客户服务预期
• Prepare monthly and weekly production schedules, as well as manufacturing orders for third party manufacturers for production to execute.
  准备每月、每周的生产进度表，以及为第三方制造者准备生产订单
• Ensures that the monthly production plans are exploded into a material requirement plan, for the Purchasing Department to execute.
  保证月度生产计划符合物料需求计划，以便采购部门执行
• Prepares production plans from three month rolling forecasts obtained from and discussed with the Division Managers in the monthly meeting held to review inventory forecasts, production plans, stock keeping units, service levels and the disposition of obsolete products
  根据部门经理在月度会议中对库存预测、生产计划、库存单位、服务水平和陈旧产品处理的讨论结果，作出三个月的预测，据此准备生产计划
• Reports on inventory service and planned and actual production performance.
  汇报库存服务、生产绩效计划和实际情况
• Prepares raw material, packaging material and finished goods delivery plans for the plant and provides them to the Receiving Department.
  为工厂准备原料、包装材料和成本运输计划，并向接收部门提供这些计划
• Achieves an acceptable level of service from suppliers, while minimizing raw material, packaging material, finished goods inventory and overall costs; coordinates with the purchasing function.
  从供应商处获得良好的服务，使原料、包装材料、成品库存和总成本最小化，与采购部门做好协调
• Works closely with the Sales Division Managers to help them develop sales forecasts, as well as to be aware of any sale action or trend which may impact on the plant activity; reviewed in the monthly meetings.

• Schedules production volumes in relation to plant capacity and the availability of raw materials.

• Works with the Sales Division, in order to plan for the introduction of new products, changes in formulations and/or packaging.

• Must report on all major variances from the budget or objectives regarding cost differences, inventory levels, losses, etc. to the operations Manager and analyze what happened, why it happened and propose alternate corrective action.
  向营运经理汇报与预算或目标在成本差异、库存水平、损耗等方面的主要变化，分析变化的详情、原因，提出可选的正确的行动方案
• To plan, direct and control finished goods, inventory levels within the plant and its sub-warehouses. Identify, report and make recommendations on the disposition of obsolete inventory.

• Develop, coordinate and implement production and inventory plans for new and discontinued products taking into consideration marketing plans, sales forecasts, manufacturing efficiency, formulation problems and distribution and purchasing lead times.
  制定、协调、执行生产和库存计划，为新的和废止的产品考虑市场计划、销售预测、制造效率、描述问题、物流和采购引导次数
• Advise and take corrective action regarding inventory levels and raw material prices and vender delayproblems.

• Develop and control reports and systems to achieve the agreed level of customer service.

• Identify and coordinate production plan changes between manufacturing and distribution.

• Review, monitor and assist the plant in ways and methods for improvement of production.

• Provide Distribution Department with warehouse replenishment information and upcoming trends.

Requirements
职位要求

• A University Degree or equivalent in Math, Science or Engineering.
  大学本科学历, 数学, 科技或工程专业
• Five years related experience in the specialty chemical, consumer or food/drug products industry.
  精细化工, 消费品或食品/制药行业5年的相关工作经验
• Computer literate.
  熟练使用电脑
• Multi-lingual -- proficient in English and the national language.
  英语熟练
• Previous experience planning multi-products inventory in the 200-400 SKU range in a high customer service oriented, low inventory environment.
  有在库存量在200-400个品种, 以客户为核心, 保持低库存的环境下工作经验
• Experience with IBM MAPICS Systems or similar types of Inventory Planning and Costing Systems.
  有使用IBM Mapics系统或类似库存计划系统的经验
• Represented Materials Management User requirements on a Systems Configuration task force.
  代表物料管理用户向系统维护更新者解释系统使用的要求
• The ability to work with people of various functional backgrounds -Management, Sales, EDP, Finance, Manufacturing and Purchasing.
  能与管理层, 销售, EDP, 财务, 生产, 采购等部门的人员进行良好的沟通
