Ability to persuade other to modify their thoughts, plans, convictions, standpoints, outlooks or behaviour in the desired direction, to win them over to his own standpoint, idea or plan.
Ability to settle issues by approaching others in a well-considered manner, to build up, maintain and make use of (functional) relationships.
Ability to gear his own efforts towards needs and wishes of both internal and external customers
Show that he is very well informed regarding developments in the market and that he makes effective use of this knowledge for the benefits of his own organization
Ability to act rapidly and adequately when the work situation requires.
Working and intellectual level
Candidate should be an enthusiastic and experienced professional possessing a technical background (engineering)combined with relevant filtration market sales experience.
Languages: Chinese native speaker or Chinese (Mandarin) and English Language Skills
Preferred Location South China Home Office Location (Yangtze Delta), or Shanghai Sales Office
Travel: Frequent Regional Travel within China
Education / Experience
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Textile Engineering or Business Administration
5-8 Years of Experience in Filtration Industry (Filter or Filter Media) or Non-Woven Industry
International Business-to- Business Experience in a comparable position and preferably in the filtration industry
Goals / Challenges
6 months: Company Introduction, Product Training, Commercial Strategy
12 months:
oKnow all Existing Customers, Develop Initial Relationships & Qualify with Major Market Participants
oAcquire New Customers in China
oIncrease Market Share and Provide Direction Feedback on Chinese Filtration Market Product, Service and New Product Development Requirements.
oMarket Research for New Filtration Markets (Industrial Air, Bio-Filtration, Pool & Spa, Other TBD)
oSales Target 2-8 mln Euro
