Responsibilities:
1. Routine Job
a) Reconcile with brand for the invoiced goods and manage the bookkeeping of invoices
b) Manage the credit note process for goods return & compensation
c) Periodic AP reconciliation with vendors
d) Closely work with Category and Supply Chain team for the GR/IR gap and pending case with vendors.
2. Monthly Closing
a) Supplier discount calculation and bookkeeping.
b) AR aging of animation revenue.
3. Others
a) Supporting for internal and external audit
b) Filing all above accounting vouchers
c) Other works assigned by line manager.
Qualification:
1. College Degree or above with major in Accounting or Finance;
2. Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience as an AP accountant working in MNCs, experience with FMCG /Retailing is a plus;
3. Solid understanding of Chinese/IFRS GAAP and practices;
4. Good PC skills and English speaking/writing skills, experience with ERP/SAP is a must.
5. Proactive and good communication skill, able to work under pressure.
