岗位职责：

1、组织制定财务方面的管理制度及有关规定，并监督执行；建立健全会计控制制度
2、建立、健全财务管理体系，对财务部门的日常管理、年度预算、资金运作等进行总体控制
3、根据业务需要制定财务目标，并例行向上级主管汇报经营状况、经营成果、财务收支及计划等具体情况，提出有益的建议
4、根据公司生产经营的内部管理需要，组织公司成本管理,成本核算工作 ，有效控制成本与费用；
5、主持财务报表及财务预算的编制工作，为公司决策提供及时有效的财务分析、预算的执行情况以及适当及时的调整
6、负责资金和各类资产的管理工作,比较精确地监控和预测现金流量，确定和监控公司负债和资本的合理结构，统筹管理和运作公司资金并对其进行有效的风险控制
7、对公司税收进行整体筹划与管理，按时完成税务申报以及年度审计工作
8、对公司的经营活动提供建议和决策支持，参与风险评估、指导、跟踪和控制, 进行成本效益核算核可行性分析；对提高经济效益和降低成本提出建议；
9、定期维护本部门的组织机构及员工的职务说明书；负责会计人员的业务学习和培训，提高财务人员的业务素质；
10、与财政、税务、银行、等相关部门及会计师事务所等相关中介机构建立并保持良好的关系

岗位要求：

1、学历：财务相关专业、本科及以上，具备注册会计师资格者优先。
2、工作经验：具有3年以上制造业财务管理岗位工作经验。
3、软件操作：熟练操作办公软件及各类财务软件(特别是用友软件或金蝶K3)。
4、熟悉国家财会金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；
5、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析能力；
6、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力。
7、善于思考，工作认真负责，善于表达及沟通。
