Responsibilities:
Analyze material market; understand basic information of supplier’s qualification and cost.
Look for supplier, contact them and conduct the site visit, set up the basic supplier information.
Monitor supplier performance.
Provide input into and maintain database for Chinese suppliers
Generate and maintain the necessary management and performance reports as required by the Director of Global Sourcing.
Control of account payable for purchased commodity.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business equivalent.
At least 5 years purchasing experience with a manufacturing background in one of the following areas: metalworking, machining, fabricating, and/or assemblies.
Prefer someone with exposure to the automotive, heavy truck, or off-highway industries.
Purchasing certification or advanced degree is considered a plus.
Familiar with all computer tools ，ERP skill and capable of generating detailed reports.
Familiar with QS/9000 requirements.
Fluent in written and spoken English
Willing to travel.
