Main Responsibility:
1. Lead product transfer project, define project targets about time, quality and cost.
2. Schedule time plan, and coordinate the team members’ work to achieve time targets.
3. Complete the project business assessment about project investment, product cost, and market analysis.
4. Host global project meeting, coordinate the team members’ work with capacity about different culture.
5. Manage the project documents, like meeting minutes, archive, and weekly report.
6. Handle the engineering activities during product transfer, from the engineering release to the production.
7. Support Supply Chain, Quality, Production, Market and Sales Departments about issues related project.
8. Maintain the engineering documents about BOMs, Drawings, and Specifications, and so on.
9. Handle ERP Operation about parts and BOMs.
10. Manage sample building and qualification, lead pilot run program.
11. Be involved in process design about assembly and test.
12. Other responsibilities as assigned or required.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent required in Mechanical manufacture and automation.
2. Prefer over 3 years’ related working experience, familiar about pneumatic product is plus.
3. Prefer experience about APQP, PPAP and FMEA.
4. Proficient in Office software, like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
5. Good writing and verbal English.
6. Teamwork and strong communication skills.
7. Responsibility, Self-Motivation, Work under pressure, and Open, are required.
8. Ability to interface with staff at all levels.
