职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Set the member marketing strategy goal and implement based on the company’s overall strategy.
2. Optimize member marketing system to enforce the member loyalty and increase the referral and renewal rate.
3. Design, prepare and implement member marketing promotion to raise referral rate.
4. Build and lead the member marketing team, optimize the KPI system.
5. Prepare annual budget for member marketing business and track the implementation progress. Be responsible for the budget expense and relevant marketing effect outcome.
 
1、负责根据公司经营目标与战略，制定会员营销战略目标并组织实施。
2、负责完善会员营销体系，提升会员忠诚度，增加会员推荐及续约贡献。
3、负责设计、准备及实施会员营销活动，增加会员推荐贡献。
4、负责会员营销团队的建设与管理，建立健全考核管理制度。
5、负责制定客户营销管理年度预算，并跟踪执行、对预算的支出和会员营销的效果负责。
 
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above
2.5~10 years’ experience in member marketing
3. Familiar with mobile internet development outlook and have deep understanding of customer mentality.
4. Have strong sensitivity, insight and big-picture view for relevant industry, good coordination and execution ability, result-oriented.
5.Proficient in preparing marketing scheme, strong logic and analysis ability required, strong number sensitivity, marketing data analysis and research ability to perform member marketing data analysis tasks proficiently.
6. Creative thinker to explore new marketing idea and methodology.
7. Have successful event marketing, internet hotspot speculation experience.
8. A good leader and communicator with strong adaption, pressure resistance and understanding ability.
 
1、本科以上学历。
2、5~10年会员营销管理实践经验。
3、熟悉移动互联网发展方向，深刻理解顾客心态；
4、对商业敏感度、洞察力和全局观，有统筹能力和执行力，结果导向；
5、精通营销策划案写作，逻辑思维和分析能力强，对数据敏感，很强的营销数据分析、调研能力，能够熟练进行会员营销数据分析；
6、具有创新能力，不断地探索新的运营思路和推广方法；
7、具有成功的事件营销、网络热点新闻炒作等实战经验；
8、很好的领导能力、沟通能力、适应能力、抗压能力和问题解决能力。
