Job Description:
1.Manage a group of engineers to develop high speed CMOS analog/mixed signal circuits including equalizer, ADC/DAC, PLL, CDR and Serdes
2.Define product design specification and implementation methodology
3.Develop Matlab models & micro-architectures for behavior level simulation
4.Manage and hands-on in various design phase
5.Analog/mixed signal circuit design for test (DFT)
6.Conduct analog/mixed signal chip lab test and debug
7.Supervise layout design engineers from block level layout to top level integration including LVS/DRC/ANT verification
Requirements:
1.Minimum: MSEE with 6+ years experience in CMOS analog/mixed signal circuit design and management
2.1+ year team management as well as hands on in design
3.Proven team leadership and management skills
4.Good communication and mentoring skills
5.Experience in multi-Gbps PHY design
