Job Description

• Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, safety and recreation programs.
• Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
• Develop and help to maintain performance management processes.
• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Serve as a link between management and employees to resolve work-related problems.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all payroll operations and ensure that payroll action is in conformance with the employment act.
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handing personnel-related problems e.g. disputes, termination and disciplinary procedures.
• Oversee Xiamen plant to ensure HR practices are compliance to corporate policies and governmental regulations.
• Liaise with the Contractor/Vendor relating to food service, transportation or Company/Recreation activities as well as Security matters.
• Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

· Degree in HR Management or Business administration

· 5 - 8 years of HR generalist experience, of which about 5 years must be in a managerial capacity.

· Good knowledge in local labor laws and payroll management.

· Excellent leadership qualities and people management skills.

· Proactive, independent, team player and committed attitude towards work.
