职位描述
1. Cooperate with BACN Finance & Controlling for monthly closings and accounts review to ensure transparency of operations.
2. Financial analysis, including budgeting and forecasting: monthly quarterly and annual reporting.
3. Implement and maintain company’s budgeting and reporting policies and practices.
4. Internal control function， including invoicing/VAT, costing and calculations, stock takes, fixed assets and profitability analysis.
5. Investment analysis, follow-up of investment and other projects, control of deviations.
6. Manage all financial processes in accordance with company’s guideline and local regulation
7. Support General Manager and Director Finance & Controlling BG CI to analyze financial results and provide the management with a clear understanding of the financial performance. Proactively identify deviations and establish action plans to take corrective actions when required.
8. Support the management team in the achievement of the KPI target.
9. Ensure compliance and internal control system.
10. Support in controlling related projects& initiatives triggered by BG CI.

任职资格
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Finance or Controlling, or relevant qualification
2. 5+ years work experience in progressively responsible, at least 3 years managerial experience;
3. Professional Accounting or Financial assignments in a multi-national company, especially incontrolling-related project management & 4.Controlling; preferably experience in a fast paced, lean manufacturing environment
4. Preferable for prior positions in manufacturing companies
5. Sound SAP knowledge (especially FI/CO/MM/SD)
6. In-depth knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)for both domestic and international accounting
7. Domestic tax laws
8. Demonstrated ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness to develop, implement and manage complex controlling practices.
